By using GRAP, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing our platform as a customer or rider.
1. Service Description
GRAP provides on-demand delivery of groceries and everyday essentials within selected areas of Colombo, Sri Lanka. We connect customers with our network of delivery riders to fulfil orders quickly and reliably.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use GRAP. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or our community guidelines.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and the phone number used for login. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Orders & Payments
GRAP currently supports Cash on Delivery. Users agree to pay the full order amount upon delivery. Orders once placed are processed immediately; cancellations are subject to order status at time of request.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times of 15–20 minutes are targets and may vary due to traffic, weather, high order volume, or other operational conditions. GRAP will make reasonable efforts to fulfil all orders promptly.
6. Limitation of Liability
GRAP is not liable for delays or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties, including delivery riders, during the fulfilment of your order.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
