By using GRAP, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing our platform as a customer, seller, or rider.

GRAP provides a marketplace platform connecting sellers, delivery riders, and customers. We are not responsible for the quality of goods sold by third-party sellers, but we maintain standards all sellers must meet.

Users must be 18 years or older. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of our community guidelines.
