DELETE ACCOUNT

You have the right to delete your GRAP account and all associated personal data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

To request account deletion, email us from your registered email address at support@grap.lk with the subject line "Delete My Account".

We will process your request within 7 business days. Any pending orders or outstanding balances must be resolved before deletion can be completed.
