DELETE ACCOUNT

GRAP allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Contact us via email at yasirfwz17@gmail.com with the phone number linked to your GRAP account.

  2. We will process your request and permanently delete the following data:

    • Phone number
    • Full name
    • Delivery address
    • Order history
  3. Any transactional records required for legal compliance may be retained for up to 2 years as required by applicable law.
  4. Once your request is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. The process typically takes up to 7 business days.

⚠ This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, all your data — including order history and saved addresses — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
